Pricing / Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit card. Payment via GrabPay and PayNow are also welcome.
Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption technology using HTTPS. This can be identified by the SSL padlock icon beside our website URL.
Refunds & Replacements
Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. We reserve the right to refund or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.
Please write in to us within 3 days from the delivery date if there is an issue with your order.
In the event that a return or exchange is granted, the item must be sent back to us in original packaging, good working condition and of merchantable quality. All parts and components of the item(s) in question must also be returned in its original state, including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity etc. Any item, or any part thereof, which has been assembled, damaged, installed, tampered with or used in any way are not qualified or eligible for any return, refund, replacement or exchange. Similarly, item without its original shipping boxes and packing materials, or has been subjected to exposure, infestation, rust, water, fluid, corrosive substance, shock, excessive vibration and the like are not acceptable.
In the event that your order cancellation is accepted, please note that a restock and administrative fee will be charged. Delivery charge incurred is strictly non-refundable.
The Company has the right to reject any attempted return, replacement, exchange or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable or where the Product(s) have been deemed not to be in full conformance with all of the Pre-Requisite Conditions.
The Company shall not be liable to you (nor any other third party) for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses relating to any transactions involving the Product(s) (including any indirect damages, loss of profits/revenue, consequential losses and the like).
Product Warranty (Carry-In)
Unless otherwise stated in the product description on the website, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery for all lighting fixtures (bulbs are excluded from warranty). The warranty is valid only if there appears a clear manufacturing defect and the item is properly installed in the correct environment, correctly operated and used under decent maintenance. The order confirmation must be submitted together with your request.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either shut-down cost of production or other consequential damages.
We reserve the right to repair the item, replace with an item of a similar value or provide a refund for the item.
Product Quality Claim / Returns
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to scale. Please refer to the measurements in the product description for the actual product size. You are welcome to contact us if you require further clarifications. Colours of products may differ and appear darker/lighter in reality due to colour calibration of individual’s computer. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm. All lighting fixtures are sold with default bulb(s) and we do not entertain any request for exchange of the supplied bulb(s).
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Customers are advised to check their item at delivery and reject any damaged item. If you did not reject any item, please email us at eSupport@light-pro.com within 24 hours from receipt of items with supporting photos and/or videos.
Installation / Advice
Prices shown on this website are without installation charge. We provide installation service for a fee. Please contact our team at eSupport@light-pro.com for more information.
You hold us free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results or adverse situations created as a direct result of specific referral or advice given by us.
For indent items, the lead time for delivery is usually 6-12 weeks. If your order consists of both indent and in stock items, all the items will be delivered only when the pre-order items arrive. A delivery fee of $35.00 will be charged if you require the in-stock items to be delivered prior to arrival of your pre-order items.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage:
a) that you may incur as a result of your using or relying on any statement, opinion, representation, image or information in this Website;
b) resulting from any delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, Internet access difficulties or malfunction of equipment or software; and/or
c) We, and our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, shall not be liable, in any circumstances or legal theories whatsoever, for any loss of data, business, profits or goodwill, loss of use, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character, even if we are aware of the risk of such damages, that result in any way from your use or inability to access the Website. Our liability to you shall not, for any reason, exceed S$100 (Singapore Dollars one hundred only). This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentations and other torts.
