The fusion of white blown glass with crystal fragments gives Muna the textured look that bears a magical resemblance to the lunar surface. The sphere is encapsulated in a clear ruled dome of transparent striped glass, on which is painted the hidden face of the moon in shaded midnight blue or gold.
As with all Italamp's products, Muna is developed and manufactured entirely in Italy, using artisanal techniques that guarantee the highest quality, uniqueness and distinct character of each creation.

Unlike the coconut palm which has coconuts, Nīkau is a slender clean looking palm tree. The fronds from the palm were traditionally used for thatching and weaving.
