Description: Inspired by the aquatic, boat-shaped diatom algae, Navicula is crafted from strong, multi-layered bamboo plywood creating a natural skeletal skin. The tensile form is lit internally by an LED strip which emits a soft upwards glow of light. Navicula is ideal for a dining table, lounge, foyer, reception or as a sculptural lighting feature. It comes as a kitset for you to enjoy the process of making a light yourself. The light easily assembled via an online video and paper instructions included in your kitset. Navicula won a Gold Best award in 2016 and a Good Design award in 2017. Navicula was featured in the Grand Designs New Zealand ‘Floating Beach Bach’ in 2020.

Description: The form of Nīkau is based on the bulb and intersecting leaf forms of a Nīkau plant, the only indigenous palm tree in New Zealand. Unlike the coconut palm which has coconuts, Nīkau is a slender clean looking palm tree. The fronds from the palm were traditionally used for thatching and weaving.
Nīkau won a 2015 Red Dot Award. Delivered as a kitset, the light easily assembled via an online video and paper instructions included in the pack. Assembly service is available at a 10% surcharge upon request.

Description: The versatility of Alma is a result of Meeri Särkkä's desire of a lamp that has multiple uses. The lamp is named after its shape, which resembles a bag (‘kassialma’ is Finnish for a bag lady). The explicitly designed carrying handle tells about the mobility of the lamp and also serves as a hook for hanging the lamp on the wall. Thanks to its angular shape, the lamp can be placed in various positions. The wide range of different positions and uses prolong the lifespan of the lamp. A Warm White Led light source is included with the lamp.

Description: Designed by Lisa Johansson-Pape, the angular Sipuli pendant lamp is made from blown opal glass and received a gold medal at the Milan Triennial in 1954. The symmetrical and harmonious Sipuli is particularly suitable for general lighting or for installation in groups in large lobbies. The name comes from the Finnish word for onion, which the lamp form resembles. Sipuli comes complete with a Warm White Led bulb.
